COPYRIGHT LICENSING: Copyright license of all photos and photographic work always remains the property of Creative Chameleon Media dba Creative Edge Business Solutions, under copyright law.

We license the use of our photos to agents for the specific purpose of listing a property for sale for its original listing period. The license to use our photos is NON-TRANSFERABLE to anyone, include the home-owner or another agent, as well as individual home-owners whom we have contracted with as for sale by owners may not transfer photos to a new listing agent without prior approval and payment. Exceptions to this include syndicated feeds from MLS systems and the agent brokerages syndication feeds for the purpose of listing the property for sale.

We value our relationship with all of our clients and real estate professionals. In such instance where an agent contacts us to request using photos which another client has commissioned, with permission of the other agent, we will transfer a license for a transfer fee equal to shoot fee, with a 30% credit to the original individual who contracted our services, or we will be happy to reshoot the property again for the full fee.

PRIVACY POLICY: Your privacy is very important to us. This policy is in place in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and make use of your personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

Similar to other commercial websites, our website utilizes a standard technology called 'cookies' and server logs to collect information about how our site is used. We are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties, and we will not provide your personal information to any third party individual, government agency, or company at any time unless strictly compelled to do so by law. CAN-SPAM COMPLIANCE
In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all e-mail sent from our organization will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all e-mail messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you receive no further e-mail communication from us.

Choice/Opt-Out
Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us simply click on the unsubscribe link in the e-mail.

IMAGE RETENTION: Images are retained for up to one year when possible. However, it is the licensees' responsibility to download their photos and maintain them. Since no back-up system is infallible we are not responsible for maintaining photos after delivery to licensee.

HOME PREPARATION: It is the property owner & agents responsibility to have the property ready when we arrive. Due to high demand and scheduling, we cannot wait for housekeeping, moving, packing, cleaners. If we arrive and the home is not ready, we charge a trip fee and a reschedule fee.

We DO NOT CLEAN houses. The property should be ready when we arrive. In as much as we may move small objects, turn lights on, turn off fans, shut/open doors, we cannot and will not be responsible for lost or broken items, so please do not ask us to handle an owners' personal belongings. Please read / share our "tip sheet" on preparing your home.

PRICING: We strive to ensure that all information on our website, social media, brochures is consistent; however, our pricing is subject to change at anytime.
​
Pricing is based on types of services, liability factored in, as well as time, travel, editing time, as well as the type of usage of our media, and property condition and risk.
​
DISTRESSED PROPERTIES: Distressed properties, hoarding homes, uninhabitable properties, properties without utilities (power or water), abandoned properties, and even unwanted squatters, which inherently have higher risk due their structural condition, drug paraphernalia, properties wehre drugs such as meth have been made/sold, mold issues, bacteria from animal urine/feces, and other airborne bacteria, smells, and other things such as cobwebs to maneuver, bedbugs. cockroaches, spiders, snakes, and the occasional wild animal or squatters on premises. We take extra precautions with our personal safety at these types of homes, extra time, and even PPE. These types of properties are billed at two times the rate of a typical real estate shoot at our sole discretion. Please advise us if the property may meet any of these criteria. If we arrive on site and find these conditions and were not advised beforehand, there will be trip fee for the trip and we will reschedule. DO NOT REFER TO THESE PROPERTIES "FIXER UPPERS" AS THEY ARE CLEARLY DISTRESSED AND DON'T MEET THE DEFINITION OF FIXER UPPER.
