COVID-19 STATEMENT

In our efforts to meet the needs of our clients and their clients, while reducing chances for spreading Corona Virus in our community, I am consulting State, CDC and Virginia Board of Realtor guidelines to help maintain a safe working environment and ensure the safety of Realtors¯° and homeowners. Safety measures outlined below will remain in place for as long as the stay at home/social distancing orders are in effect for our state/country.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS FOR OCCUPIED HOMES

  1. No homeowners present during the photoshoot. Homeowners should vacate the dwelling prior to my arrival. Access to the property should be granted via a lockbox code, key, or meeting the real estate agent.

  2. Home should be 100% photo ready. If possible, lights should all be turned on, and window coverings should be fully opened. I will not be touching or moving items in the home. Please ensure all personal items and small electronics are put away. Please refer to my Prepare Your Home for Photos checklist for a complete list of items to complete prior to your appointment day.

  3. Sanitization: I will be sanitizing myself & my equipment between each appointment. If you are able to, I ask that you sanitize doorknobs and light switches throughout the house prior to my arrival.

  4. Face Coverings: Will be worn when appropriate at all times, when appropriate and necessary.

  5. Social Distancing: We ask that homeowners not be present, and if necessary, only one person. to ensure minimal contact, and require social distancing of at least 6 feet at all times.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work through these challenges time together.
